Your devices continuously collect workout data and body metrics, storing everything in Apple Health. Simply grant the app read-only access, and we'll transform all that data into stunning reports, insightful analysis, and actionable insights.
All your personal additions—notes, photos, tags, ratings, and favorites—are securely saved in your device's local storage and your personal iCloud account. Your data syncs seamlessly across all your Apple devices. Even if you delete the app, your data remains safe in iCloud and will be restored when you reinstall.
